Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治面生穀嘴瘡, 俗名粉刺. 連翹ㆍ川芎ㆍ白芷ㆍ片芩ㆍ黃連ㆍ沙參ㆍ荊芥ㆍ桑白皮ㆍ梔子ㆍ貝母ㆍ甘草各七分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎, 食後服.

Translation

Treats grain-beak sores of the face, commonly called flour pimples. Forsythia, chuanxiong, angelica dahurica, sliced scutellaria, coptis, adenophora, schizonepeta, mulberry root bark, gardenia, fritillaria and licorice 7 pun each.
