Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治急喉閉. 枯白礬ㆍ白殭蠶(炒)ㆍ硼砂ㆍ皂角各等分. 右爲末, 吹少許入喉中, 痰出卽差. 《丹心》

Translation

Treats sudden throat closure. Calcined alum, silkworm (stir-fried), borax and gleditsia in equal parts. Powder them and blow a little into the throat; when the phlegm comes out it mends. — Dansim 丹心 (Donguibogam · Inhu)
