Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治濕痰死血作麻木. 當歸ㆍ川芎ㆍ白芍藥ㆍ生乾地黃ㆍ陳皮ㆍ半夏ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ白芥子各一錢, 桃仁八分, 酒紅花ㆍ甘草各三分. 右剉作一貼, 水煎, 入竹瀝ㆍ薑汁調服. 《醫鑑》

Translation

Treats numbness and woodenness made by damp phlegm and dead blood. Korean angelica, chuanxiong, white peony, dried raw rehmannia, tangerine peel, pinellia, poria and white mustard seed 1 don each; peach kernel 8 pun; wine-processed carthamus and licorice 3 pun each. Cut up as one packet, decoct in water, and take with bamboo sap and ginger juice stirred in. — Gogeum Uigam 醫鑑 (Donguibogam · Pi)

Clinical commentary 臨床

The name is the formula: Samul-tang and Ijin-tang doubled together, with peach kernel and carthamus added for the dead blood and white mustard seed for the phlegm in the channels.
