Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治虛勞, 腎氣冷憊, 夜多漩濁, 漸覺羸瘦, 面黑, 目暗, 耳鳴, 牙齒蛀痛. 香附子ㆍ川練子 各半斤(用鹽二兩, 水二升, 同煮, 候乾剉焙), 茴香(炒) 六兩, 熟地黃 四兩, 川烏(炮)ㆍ川椒(炒) 各二兩. 右爲末, 酒糊和丸梧子大. 空心, 鹽湯或溫酒任下三五十丸. 《得效》
Translation
Treats vacuity taxation with the Kidney Qi cold and worn out: much turbid urine at night, the body gradually felt to waste, the face black, the eyes dim, the ears ringing, and the teeth aching with decay. Cyperus and toosendan fruit, half a geun each — boiled with 2 nyang of salt in 2 doe of water until dry, then cut and baked; dry-fried fennel 6 nyang; prepared rehmannia 4 nyang; blast-fried chuanwu aconite and dry-fried Sichuan pepper, 2 nyang each.
