Ten Waters Pill
Sipsu-hwan
한글 십수환 · Pinyin Shi Shui Wan
The composition is a rule rather than a fixed prescription: the medicinal matching the patient's water pattern is doubled and the other nine are used in equal parts. Grams are entered at 40 for each as a notional equal share, with the doubling left to the practitioner.

Translation
Treats the ten kinds of water qi. For the ten patterns above, look to the root of the disease; take the one medicinal that answers to it and double its amount to serve as chief, and take the remaining nine in equal parts. Process them, dry-roast and grind to a fine powder, and make honey pills the size of a firmiana seed. Take three or five down with a decoction of red poria, two or three times a day. Raw, cold, oily, greasy and salted foods are to be avoided, as are pork, fish, wine and wheat, for a hundred and twenty days. Spirit's Aid Powder is also good. formula above — Bonsa 本事 (Donguibogam · Bujong)
