Clinical commentary 臨床

The formula that answers the chapter's own argument about cause. Danggye held that mounting begins as damp-heat in the channel and only later takes on cold from outside, and this is that reading made into a prescription: atractylodes lancea and phellodendron for the damp-heat, one small blast-fried aconite for the cold that bound it. **Contains aconite accessory root, which is toxic. This must not be prepared.** — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
