Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

羊脛骨灰四兩, 石膏五兩, 升麻ㆍ生地黃各五錢, 黃連一錢, 胡桐淚三錢, 龍膽草半錢. 右爲末, 擦牙, 以水漱去. 《入門》

Translation

Sheep's shin-bone ash 4 nyang; gypsum 5 nyang; cimicifuga and fresh rehmannia 5 don each; coptis 1 don; hu-tong-lei 3 don; gentian 5 pun. Powder them, rub on the teeth and rinse away with water. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Ahchi)
