治膀胱移熱小腸, 上爲口糜. 柴胡ㆍ地骨皮各二錢半. 右剉, 作一貼, 煎服. 《河間》

Translation

Treats bladder heat shifted to the small intestine, becoming mouth erosion above. Bupleurum and lycium root bark 2 don 5 pun each. Cut up, make one packet, decoct and take. — Hagan 河間 (Donguibogam · Guseol)
