Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治三焦火盛, 口舌生瘡. 連翹一錢二分, 黃芩ㆍ梔子ㆍ桔梗ㆍ黃連ㆍ薄荷ㆍ當歸ㆍ生地黃ㆍ枳殼ㆍ赤芍藥ㆍ甘草各七分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎服. 《回春》

Translation

Treats fire exuberant in the three burners with sores arising on mouth and tongue. Forsythia 1 don 2 pun; scutellaria, gardenia, platycodon, coptis, mint, angelica, fresh rehmannia, bitter orange, red peony and licorice 7 pun each.
