Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治口糜心胃壅熱, 口瘡糜爛. <a href='/formulas/dojeok-san'>導赤散</a><span class='sochu'>方見五藏</span>合四苓散<span class='sochu'>方見大便</span>各等分, 煎服. 內經曰, 膀胱移熱於小腸, 上爲口糜. 好飮酒人多有此疾. 《綱目》

Translation

Treats mouth erosion with heart and stomach congested with heat and the mouth sore and eroded. Guide Out the Red Powder <span class='sochu'>formula in the Five Viscera chapter</span> combined with Four Ingredients Poria Powder <span class='sochu'>formula in the Stool chapter</span> in equal parts, decocted and taken. The Neijing says: where the bladder shifts heat to the small intestine, above it becomes mouth erosion. Those fond of drinking often have this disease. — Uihak Gangmok 綱目 (Donguibogam · Guseol)

膀胱移熱於小腸, 上爲口糜 — the bladder shifts heat to the small intestine and above it becomes mouth erosion. The Suwen's line, and the reason the chapter treats a mouth ulcer by draining the urine.
