Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治濕熱白濁. 蛤粉二兩, 南星ㆍ半夏(幷薑製)ㆍ蒼朮ㆍ靑黛各一兩. 右爲末, 薑汁煮神麴作糊和丸梧子大, 空心薑湯下五七十丸. 《入門》

Translation

Treats white turbidity from damp heat. Clam shell powder 2 nyang; arisaema and pinellia (both ginger-processed), atractylodes lancea and indigo 1 nyang each. Powder them, bind with medicated leaven boiled in ginger juice into pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take fifty to seventy on an empty stomach with ginger decoction. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Sobyeon)

Clinical commentary 臨床

White turbidity treated as phlegm — the two phlegm medicinals with atractylodes to dry and clam shell to lead into the kidney.
