Four Spirits Pill (Womb chapter)
Sasin-hwan
한글 사신환 · Pinyin Si Shen Wan
Pill formula, bulk amounts: powdered and bound with cooked yellow millet into pills the size of parasol-tree seeds; 50–70 pills on an empty stomach with wine. Distinct from the Four Spirits Pill of the Naegwa Jeokyo recorded elsewhere on this site, which treats daybreak diarrhea. Note on modern practice: discharge with odor, itching, or bleeding warrants evaluation for infection.
