Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治瘦人帶下, 是熱. 黃芩ㆍ黃柏ㆍ樗根白皮ㆍ滑石ㆍ川芎ㆍ海石ㆍ靑黛ㆍ當歸ㆍ白芍藥各等分. 右爲末, 醋糊和丸梧子大, 白湯下五七十丸. 《入門》

Translation

Treats discharge in a thin person, this being heat. Scutellaria, phellodendron, ailanthus root bark, talcum, cnidium, pumice, natural indigo, Korean angelica, and white peony, in equal parts. Clinical commentary 臨床

The counterpart to Baekjakyak-san, and the indication says why: in a thin patient, discharge is heat. Two yellows and ailanthus bark cool and bind, talcum and pumice drain the damp downward, and angelica and peony are kept in so that the drying does not strip the Blood along with the damp.
