Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治風痰盛, 頭痛目眩, 旋暈欲倒, 嘔噦惡心, 神思昏憒. 常服除風化痰, 淸利頭目. 白附子(炮)ㆍ半夏(製)ㆍ川芎ㆍ甘菊ㆍ南星(炮)ㆍ白殭蠶(炒)ㆍ陳皮(去白)ㆍ旋覆花ㆍ天麻 各一兩, 全蝎(炒) 半兩. 右爲末, 薑汁浸蒸餠和丸梧子大, 薑湯下三十丸. 《得效》
Translation
Treats wind phlegm exuberant with headache, dizzy eyes and a spinning that threatens to topple one, with retching and nausea and the mind clouded. Taken regularly it removes wind and transforms phlegm and clears the head and eyes. Typhonium (blast-fried), pinellia (processed), chuanxiong, chrysanthemum, arisaema (blast-fried), silkworm (stir-fried), tangerine peel (the white removed), inula and gastrodia 1 nyang each; scorpion (stir-fried) 5 don. Powder them, bind with steamed bread soaked in ginger juice into pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take thirty with ginger decoction. — Seui Deukhyobang 得效 (Donguibogam · Du)
