Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治風痰眩暈, 或頭痛. 白附子(炮)ㆍ天南星(炮)ㆍ半夏(薑製)ㆍ旋覆花ㆍ甘菊ㆍ天麻ㆍ川芎ㆍ橘紅ㆍ白殭蠶(炒)ㆍ乾薑 各一兩, 全蝎(炒) 五錢. 右爲末, 生薑半斤取汁打糊和丸梧子大, 荊芥湯下五十丸. 《丹心》
Translation
Treats wind phlegm dizziness, or headache. Typhonium (blast-fried), arisaema (blast-fried), pinellia (ginger-processed), inula, chrysanthemum, gastrodia, chuanxiong, red tangerine peel, silkworm (stir-fried) and dried ginger 1 nyang each; scorpion (stir-fried) 5 don. Powder them; take the juice of half a geun of fresh ginger, beat it into a paste and bind into pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take fifty with schizonepeta decoction. — Dansim 丹心 (Donguibogam · Du)
