Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治風寒入腦, 頭痛目眩. 防風 二兩, 山茱萸ㆍ乾薑(炮)ㆍ赤茯苓 各一兩半, 附子(炮)ㆍ細辛 各七錢半. 右爲末, 每二錢, 溫酒調下; 或剉七錢, 入薑 三片, 棗 二枚, 水煎服. 《局方》

Translation

Treats wind cold entering the brain with headache and dizzy eyes. Saposhnikovia 2 nyang; cornus, dried ginger (blast-fried) and red poria 1 nyang 5 don each; aconite (blast-fried) and asarum 7 don 5 pun each. Powder them and take 2 don stirred into warm wine; or cut 7 don with 3 slices of ginger and 2 jujubes and decoct in water. — Hwaje Gukbang 局方 (Donguibogam · Du)
