Translation
Treats a worm-eaten toothache. Good arsenic, any amount, with a little red lead added by measure, melted into a lump with beeswax; roll off pellets the size of a soybean as needed, wrap in white cotton wool leaving a tail, and for pain on the right put it in the right ear, for the left in the left, for both in both, pushing it well into the ear hole. In one night the worm dies and the pain never returns.
