Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治痰厥頭痛眩暈. 白麪三兩, 半夏(生)ㆍ南星(生) 各一兩, 天麻ㆍ白朮各五錢, 雄黃(水飛) 三錢半. 右爲末, 薑汁和丸梧子大, 每三十丸, 水一盞先煎沸, 下藥煮至五七沸, 候藥浮漉出放溫, 別以生薑湯呑下, 食後. 《局方》《入門》

Translation

Treats phlegm reversal headache with dizziness. White flour 3 nyang; raw pinellia and raw arisaema 1 nyang each; gastrodia and white atractylodes 5 don each; realgar (water-ground) 3 don 5 pun. Powder them, bind with ginger juice into pills the size of a firmiana seed; take thirty, first bringing a jan of water to the boil, dropping the pills in and boiling five to seven bubblings until they float, then straining them out and letting them cool to warm, and swallowing them down with a separate ginger decoction, after food. — Hwaje Gukbang 局方 (Donguibogam · Du)
