The leaf says 右二味, the two substances above, and names the black beans only as the bed the burning is done on, but the whole is burnt and ground together without the beans being removed, so 黑豆 is entered with that noted. 治瘰癧多年不愈, 神效. 猫頭骨 一箇, 蝙蝠 一箇. 右二味俱撒黑豆上, 同燒存性, 硏爲末, 乾糝. 《入門》
Translation
Treats scrofula of many years that will not heal; wonderfully effective. One cat skull; one bat. Scatter both of the above over black beans and burn them together with their nature preserved, grind them to a powder, and dust it on dry. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Jechang)
