Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治諸痔及久瘻脫肛下膿血. 黃瓜蔞ㆍ蝟皮 各一箇, 胡桃肉 七箇(俱燒存性), 鷄冠花 二兩半, 白附子ㆍ天南星ㆍ半夏<span class='sochu'>三味幷生</span>ㆍ枳殼ㆍ訶子皮 各一兩, 綠礬ㆍ白礬(幷煆)ㆍ附子(生) 各五錢. 右爲末, 醋糊和丸梧子大, 空心溫酒下三五十丸. 《得效》
Translation
Treats all piles and long-standing fistula with prolapse of the rectum and discharge of pus and blood. One yellow trichosanthes and one hedgehog skin, and seven walnut kernels, all burnt with the nature retained; cockscomb flower 2 nyang 5 don; typhonium, arisaema and pinellia (all three raw), bitter orange and chebula peel 1 nyang each; green vitriol and alum (both calcined) and raw aconite 5 don each. Powder them, bind with vinegar paste into pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take thirty to fifty with warm wine on an empty stomach. — Seui Deukhyobang 得效 (Donguibogam · Huieum)
