Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治乳房結核. 白芷ㆍ貝母等分, 爲末, 每一錢, 酒調頻服. 結核以此爲主, 加芎ㆍ歸ㆍ升ㆍ柴. 《入門》

Translation

Treats a hard core in the breast. Angelica dahurica and fritillaria in equal parts, powdered; take 1 don at a time stirred into wine, often. For a hard core this is the chief formula, with chuanxiong, angelica, cimicifuga and bupleurum added. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Yu)

Clinical commentary 臨床

Two medicinals, and 12.7 names it for the blown breast of pregnancy as well. It is the base that Gamijibae-san builds on, and the Immun says plainly that a breast lump is treated from here first. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
