Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治咽喉腫痛妨悶, 語聲不出. 桔梗 二兩, 甘草(灸) 一兩半, 枳殼ㆍ防風 各五錢. 右末三錢, 煎水入蜜如棗許, 攪服. 《綱目》
Translation
Treats the throat swollen, painful and obstructed with the voice not coming out. Platycodon 2 nyang; licorice (mix-fried) 1 nyang 5 don; bitter orange and saposhnikovia 5 don each. Take 3 don of the powder, decoct in water, stir in a jujube's worth of honey and drink. — Uihak Gangmok 綱目 (Donguibogam · Inhu)
