Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
養丹田, 助兩腎, 添精補髓, 返老還童, 却病延年. 大附子 一枚, 切作八片, 以布包定, 用甘草ㆍ甘遂 各二兩槌碎, 燒酒 二斤, 共浸半日, 文武火煮酒乾爲度. 取起附子, 去草ㆍ遂, 加麝香 三分, 槌千餘下, 分作二丸, 陰乾. 納一丸於臍中, 七日一換, 一丸則放盒內養之. 《入門》
Translation
Nourishes the cinnabar field, assists the two kidneys, adds essence and supplements marrow, turns the old young again, keeps off disease and extends the years. One large aconite cut into eight pieces and tied in a cloth; with licorice and kansui 2 nyang each, crushed, and 2 geun of distilled liquor, steep together half a day, then boil over a fire now gentle now fierce until the liquor is gone. Take out the aconite, discard the licorice and kansui, add 3 pun of musk, pound it a thousand strokes and more, divide into two pills and dry in the shade. Put one pill into the navel and change it every seven days; keep the other in a box to nourish it. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Je)
