Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治橫逆産惡候, 及死胎不下, 神驗. 寒水石 四兩<span class='sochu'>內二兩生用, 二兩煆赤硏爲細末</span>, 入朱砂末如深桃花色, 每用三分, 井水調如薄糊, 用紙花剪如杏葉大, 攤貼臍心, 候乾再易, 不過三上, 便産. 《綱目》
Translation
Treats transverse and breech presentation with grave signs, and a dead foetus that will not come down, with spirit-like proof. Glauberite 4 nyang <span class='sochu'>2 nyang used raw and 2 nyang calcined red and ground to a fine powder</span>, with powdered cinnabar stirred in until the colour is that of deep peach blossom. Take 3 pun at a time, mix with well water to a thin paste, cut paper in the shape of a flower the size of an apricot leaf, spread it on and stick it over the centre of the navel; when it dries replace it, and in not more than three applications the birth comes. — Uihak Gangmok 綱目 (Donguibogam · Buin)
