Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治久年癲癎, 氣血不足. 取蝎虎 一箇, 剪取四足爪, 連血細硏, 入朱砂ㆍ片腦ㆍ麝香 各少許, 硏勻. 先用礞石散控下痰涎, 次用薄荷湯調前藥作一服化下. 此藥能補心神, 心全則病差矣. 《入門》
Translation
Treats withdrawal-epilepsy of many years with qi and blood insufficient. Take one wall gecko, cut off the claws of all four feet and grind them fine with the blood; add a little cinnabar, borneol and musk each and grind even. First use Chlorite Schist Powder to draw the phlegm and drool down, then stir the above medicine into mint decoction and give it as one dose. This medicine can supplement the heart spirit, and when the heart is whole the disease is relieved. — Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Sin)
