Translation
Treats a visiting cold offending the stomach, with the heart and abdomen vacuous, cold, distended and painful. Dried ginger (blast-fried) 2 don; magnolia bark and tangerine peel 1 don 5 pun each; red poria and round cardamom (roasted) 7 pun each; costus and licorice (mix-fried) 5 pun each. Cut up, make one packet, add 3 slices of ginger and 2 jujubes, decoct in water and take. The earth fire being already declined and unable to move and transform, and a visiting cold added to it, they gather into fullness and pain. Disperse with the acrid and hot, assist with the bitter and sweet; the qi warmed and the stomach harmonized, the pain stops of itself. — Dongwon 東垣 (Donguibogam · Bok)
