治同上. 方與<a href='/formulas/onbaek-won'>萬病紫菀丸</a>同<span class='sochu'>方見積聚</span>. 每服三丸或五丸, 薑湯下. 《東垣》

Translation

Treats the same as above. The formula is the same as Manbyeongjawon-hwan<span class='sochu'>the formula is given in the Accumulations chapter</span>. Three pills or five each dose, given down with ginger decoction. — Dongwon 東垣 (Donguibogam · Guto)

Clinical commentary 臨床

Not a formula so much as a dose: the chapter takes Onbaek-won, the great cold accumulation pill of the 積聚 chapter, and gives three or five pills of it for middle-burner vomiting. The dose is the point — Onbaek-won is a croton and aconite pill and is given in single figures. **The underlying formula contains croton and blast-fried aconite, both toxic.
