Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治惡阻, 全不入食. 白朮ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ陳皮各一錢半, 半夏一錢, 人參ㆍ川芎ㆍ當歸ㆍ白芍藥ㆍ丁香ㆍ甘草各五分, 桔梗ㆍ枳殼各二分半. 右剉作一貼, 入薑五棗二, 水煎服. 《綱目》一名復元湯. 《醫鑑》

Translation

Treats malign obstruction with no food taken at all. White atractylodes, white poria and tangerine peel 1 don 5 pun each; pinellia 1 don; ginseng, chuanxiong, angelica, white peony, clove and licorice 5 pun each; platycodon and bitter orange 2 pun 5 ri each. Cut up, make one packet, add 5 slices of ginger and 2 jujubes, decoct in water and take. It is also called Restore the Origin Decoction. — Uihak Gangmok 綱目 (Donguibogam · Buin)

Clinical commentary 臨床

Yukgunja-tang with Samul-tang folded into it at a third of the weight, and clove added for the retching. The proportions are the point: the supplementing group leads, the blood group follows at a fifth, and platycodon and bitter orange come in at a fortieth simply to lift and open.
