Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治婦人月經不行, 身無病似病, 脉滑大而六脉俱勻, 乃孕婦之脉也. 精神如故, 惡聞食氣, 或但嗜一物, 或大吐, 或時吐淸水, 此名惡阻, 宜服此. 白朮ㆍ香附子ㆍ烏藥ㆍ橘紅 各二錢, 人參ㆍ甘草 各一錢. 右剉作一貼, 薑三煎服. 《良方》

Translation

Treats a woman whose menses do not come, whose body is without illness yet seems ill, whose pulse is slippery and large with all six positions even — this being the pulse of a pregnant woman. The spirit is as usual, there is aversion to the smell of food, or a craving for one thing only, or great vomiting, or at times the vomiting of clear water; this is called malign obstruction, and this should be taken. White atractylodes, cyperus, lindera and red tangerine peel 2 don each; ginseng and licorice 1 don each.
