Translation
Treats the eyes closed and speech lost after delivery. Alum ground to a fine powder, 1 don at a time stirred into hot water, at any hour. — Sanbo 産寶 (Donguibogam · Buin)
Clinical commentary 臨床
Alum alone, and the reasoning is the same as at To 6.5.3: it precipitates and thins the phlegm the chapter holds to be blocking the orifices.
