Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
宣導凝結, 消化痰飮, 升降滯氣, 通行三焦, 滋榮心肺, 灌漑肝腎, 補助脾胃, 轉行百脉. 黑丑<span class='sochu'>頭末</span> 二兩, 皂角ㆍ旋覆花 各一兩, 枳實ㆍ白朮ㆍ半夏ㆍ南星<span class='sochu'>炮</span>ㆍ苦葶藶<span class='sochu'>炒</span>ㆍ白礬<span class='sochu'>焙</span>ㆍ大黃ㆍ靑皮ㆍ木香 各五錢. 右末, 薑汁糊和丸梧子大. 薑湯下三四十丸. 《十三方》
Translation
It diffuses and conducts what has congealed and bound, dissolves phlegm rheum, raises and lowers stagnant qi, frees and moves the three burners, enriches and nourishes the heart and lung, irrigates the liver and kidney, supplements and assists the spleen and stomach, and turns and moves the hundred vessels. Black morning glory seed <span class='sochu'>first powder</span> 2 nyang; gleditsia and inula 1 nyang each; bitter orange fruit, white atractylodes, pinellia, arisaema <span class='sochu'>blast-fried</span>, bitter lepidium <span class='sochu'>stir-fried</span>, alum <span class='sochu'>dry-roasted</span>, rhubarb, green tangerine peel and costus 5 don each. Powder them and make pills with ginger-juice paste the size of a firmiana seed. Take thirty or forty down with ginger decoction. — Sipsambang 十三方 (Donguibogam · Ha)
