Translation

Treats cold damp. Atractylodes lancea (stir-fried) 2 don; white atractylodes, tangerine peel, red poria, magnolia bark, dry ginger (blast-fried) and licorice (mix-fried) 1 don each. Cut up, make one packet, add 3 slices of ginger and a pinch of juncus, decoct in water and take. — Jipyo 集要 (Donguibogam · Seup)

Clinical commentary 臨床

The name states the aim — harmonize the centre — and the composition is the mildest of the four cold damp formulas, with no aconite in it at all. Every medicinal is either fried, blast-fried or mix-fried, which softens the whole prescription. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
