Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治腸風臟毒. 當歸ㆍ白芍藥ㆍ生地黃ㆍ槐花(炒) 各一錢, 槐角ㆍ黃連(酒炒)ㆍ蒼朮ㆍ荊芥各八分, 枳殼ㆍ條芩(酒炒) 各七分, 川芎ㆍ防風各六分, 升麻ㆍ生甘草各四分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎服. 《回春》

Translation

Treats intestinal wind and visceral toxin. Angelica, white peony, fresh rehmannia and sophora flower (stir-fried) 1 don each; sophora fruit, coptis (wine-fried), atractylodes lancea and schizonepeta 8 pun each; bitter orange and sliced scutellaria (wine-fried) 7 pun each; chuanxiong and saposhnikovia 6 pun each; cimicifuga and raw licorice 4 pun each.
