Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治胃中有伏火, 膈上有稠痰, 胃口作痛, 及嘔吐酸水, 惡心煩悶. 半夏ㆍ陳皮ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ蒼朮ㆍ便香附ㆍ神麴ㆍ黃連(薑汁炒)ㆍ梔子(薑汁炒) 各一錢, 川芎 六分, 乾薑(炒黑) 五分, 甘草(灸) 二分. 右剉, 作一貼, 入薑 三片, 水煎服. 《醫鑑》
Translation
Treats hidden fire in the stomach with thick phlegm above the diaphragm, pain at the mouth of the stomach, and vomiting of sour water with nausea and vexed oppression. Pinellia, tangerine peel, white poria, atractylodes lancea, urine-processed cyperus, medicated leaven, coptis (ginger-juice fried) and gardenia (ginger-juice fried) 1 don each; chuanxiong 6 pun; dried ginger (fried black) 5 pun; licorice (mix-fried) 2 pun. Cut up, make one packet, add 3 slices of ginger, decoct in water and take. — Gogeum Uigam 醫鑑 (Donguibogam · Hyung)
