治大小便不通. 大皂角, 燒存性爲末, 酒麵糊和丸梧子大, 酒下三十丸. 《回春》

Translation

Treats both passages not passing. Large soap-pods burnt with their nature preserved and powdered, made into pills with wine-and-flour paste the size of a paulownia seed; take thirty in wine. — Manbyeong Hoechun 回春 (Donguibogam · Daebyeon)

Clinical commentary 臨床

A single drug burnt and made into pills, and the gentlest of the formulas in this section — which is relative, since soap-pod saponins are irritant enough. Burning with the nature preserved means charring in a closed vessel so the drug carbonizes without burning away, and that both moderates the saponins and adds charcoal.
