治肝腎虛, 黑珠上生瞖. 柴胡 一錢八分, 白芍藥 一錢三分, 熟地黃ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ甘菊ㆍ細辛 各九分, 栢子仁ㆍ防風ㆍ甘草 各五分. 右剉作一貼, 水煎, 空心服. 《入門》
Translation
Treats liver and kidney vacuity with a screen breeding on the black pearl. Bupleurum 1 don 8 pun; white peony 1 don 3 pun; prepared rehmannia, poria, chrysanthemum and asarum 9 pun each; arborvitae seed, saposhnikovia and licorice 5 pun each.
