Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
倒倉法全藉自飮輪迴酒十餘盃, 以祛逐餘垢, 迎接調勻, 新布榮衛, 使藏府肓膜生意敷暢, 有脫胎換骨之功也. 多嫌其穢, 因致中輟而功虧一簣. 若非明物理通造化者, 其肯視爲美醖良味乎. 《丹心》
Translation
The method of overturning the granary relies wholly on the patient drinking ten or more cups of Cycle Wine himself, to drive out what filth remains, to meet and even out what follows, to spread construction and defence anew, and to make the viscera, bowels and membranes grow easy and open — it has the merit of shedding the womb and changing the bones. Many are disgusted by its foulness and so break off halfway, and the work falls short by a single basketful.
