Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治乳汁絶少或不行, 脹痛. 瞿麥穗ㆍ麥門冬ㆍ穿山甲(炮黃)ㆍ龍骨ㆍ王不留行各等分. 右爲末, 先吃猪蹄羹, 後取藥一錢, 熱酒調下. 仍用木梳於左右乳上各梳二三十下, 日三次. 《綱目》

Translation

Treats milk very scant or not flowing, with distending pain. Dianthus spike, ophiopogon, pangolin scale (blast-fried yellow), dragon bone and vaccaria in equal parts. Powder them; first eat trotter broth, then take 1 don stirred into hot wine. And with a wooden comb, comb each breast twenty or thirty strokes, three times a day. — Uihak Gangmok 綱目 (Donguibogam · Yu)

Clinical commentary 臨床

用木梳於左右乳上各梳二三十下 — comb each breast twenty or thirty strokes with a wooden comb, three times a day.
