Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治感風寒鼻塞聲重, 流涕不聞香臭. 防風ㆍ羌活ㆍ藁本ㆍ升麻ㆍ乾葛ㆍ川芎ㆍ蒼朮 各一錢, 白芷 五分, 麻黃ㆍ川椒ㆍ細辛ㆍ甘草 各三分. 右剉, 作一貼, 薑 三片, 葱白 二莖, 水煎服. 《醫鑑》

Translation

Treats a nose blocked from contracting wind cold, with a heavy voice, running discharge and no sense of smell. Saposhnikovia, notopterygium, ligusticum, cimicifuga, dried pueraria, chuanxiong and atractylodes lancea 1 don each; angelica dahurica 5 pun; ephedra, Sichuan pepper, asarum and licorice 3 pun each. Cut up, make one packet, add 3 slices of ginger and 2 stalks of scallion white, decoct in water and take. — Gogeum Uigam 醫鑑 (Donguibogam · Bi)
