Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治胎漏, 及經血妄行. 桑寄生ㆍ續斷ㆍ川芎ㆍ當歸ㆍ白朮ㆍ香附子ㆍ阿膠珠ㆍ茯神各一錢, 人參ㆍ甘草各五分. 右剉, 作一貼, 入薑三片, 水煎服. 《入門》

Translation

Treats fetal leaking, and menstrual Blood flowing at will. Mulberry mistletoe, dipsacus, cnidium, Korean angelica, white atractylodes, cyperus, pearled ass-hide glue, and hostwood poria, 1 don each; ginseng and licorice, 5 fun each. Cut the above, make one packet, add 3 slices of ginger, decoct in water and take. — Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Buin)

Clinical commentary 臨床

The securing cabinet's full version — mistletoe and dipsacus holding the connection, the Four Substances rebuilding what is leaking away, ass-hide glue sealing the vessel, and hostwood poria quieting the mind of a frightened patient.
