Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治脬痺, 小便澁而不通. 巴戟一兩, 桑螵蛸(麩炒)ㆍ遠志(薑製)ㆍ生乾地黃(酒洗)ㆍ山藥ㆍ附子(炮)ㆍ續斷ㆍ肉蓯蓉(酒浸) 各一兩, 杜沖(炒)ㆍ石斛ㆍ鹿茸ㆍ龍骨ㆍ兎絲子(酒煮)ㆍ五味子ㆍ山茱萸ㆍ官桂各三錢. 右爲末, 蜜丸梧子大, 空心酒下五七十丸. 《綱目》

Translation

Treats bladder impediment with urination rough and not passing. Morinda 1 nyang; mantis egg-case (bran-fried), polygala (ginger-processed), dried fresh rehmannia (wine-washed), dioscorea, aconite (blast-fried), dipsacus and cistanche (wine-steeped) 1 nyang each; eucommia (stir-fried), dendrobium, deer antler velvet, dragon bone, cuscuta (wine-boiled), schisandra, cornus and cinnamon 3 don each. Powder them, make honey pills the size of a firmiana seed, and take fifty to seventy on an empty stomach with wine. — Uihak Gangmok 綱目 (Donguibogam · Sobyeon)
