治瞖膜遮睛, 隱澁昏花. 甘菊花 開頭 五百箇, 荊芥 五百穗, 木賊 去節 五百節, 楮實 五百枚, 川椒 開口者 五百粒. 右爲末, 蜜丸彈子大, 每取一丸, 茶淸嚼下. 《綱目》
Translation
Treats a screen and membrane veiling the pupil with a hidden roughness and dim flowering vision. Five hundred open chrysanthemum heads; five hundred schizonepeta spikes; five hundred horsetail joints with the nodes removed; five hundred paper-mulberry fruits; five hundred Sichuan pepper grains, the open-mouthed ones.
