Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治下焦結熱, 小便赤黃, 淋痛. 瞿麥四錢, 梔子(炒) 二錢, 甘草一錢. 右剉, 作一貼, 入連根葱白七箇, 生薑七片, 燈心五十莖, 同煎服. 《綱目》

Translation

Treats bound heat of the lower burner: urine red-yellow, with dribbling pain. Fringed pink 4 don; dry-fried gardenia 2 don; licorice 1 don. Cut the above, make one packet, add 7 scallion whites with roots, 7 slices of fresh ginger, and 50 stems of rush pith, decoct together and take. — Gangmok 綱目 (Donguibogam · Hwa)
