Clinical commentary 臨床

Pyeongwi-san with patchouli, cardamom and medicated leaven added — the same modification as Gagamjeonggi-san in the Sudden Turmoil chapter, aimed at the stomach rather than at the traveller. Where Gwakhyangangwi-san above supplements, this one dries and moves, and the pair are offered for the same indication so that the physician can choose by whether the patient is depleted or merely clogged. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
