Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治偏頭痛. 川芎ㆍ石膏 各一兩, 人參ㆍ赤茯苓ㆍ細辛ㆍ甘草 各五錢, 麥門冬 七錢半, 阿膠珠 四錢, 梔子仁ㆍ龍腦ㆍ犀角 各二錢半, 朱砂 五錢半<span class='sochu'>半爲衣</span>. 右爲末, 煉蜜和丸芡實大, 朱砂爲衣, 每服一丸至二丸, 細嚼, 茶淸溫酒任下. 《得效》
Translation
Treats one-sided headache. Chuanxiong and gypsum 1 nyang each; ginseng, red poria, asarum and licorice 5 don each; ophiopogon 7 don 5 pun; ass-hide glue pearls 4 don; gardenia kernel, borneol and rhinoceros horn 2 don 5 pun each; cinnabar 5 don 5 pun, half of it for the coating. Powder them, bind with refined honey into pills the size of a fox-nut and coat with cinnabar; take one or two pills, chewed fine, washed down with clear tea or warm wine. — Seui Deukhyobang 得效 (Donguibogam · Du)
