Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治氣血俱虛頭痛, 其效如神. 黃芪(蜜炒) 一錢, 人參ㆍ蒼朮ㆍ甘草各七分, 陳皮ㆍ當歸ㆍ川芎各五分, 木香ㆍ升麻ㆍ柴胡ㆍ細辛ㆍ蔓荊子各三分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎服. 《東垣》

Translation

Treats headache where qi and blood are both vacuous; the effect is like a spirit. Astragalus (honey-fried) 1 don; ginseng, atractylodes lancea and licorice 7 pun each; tangerine peel, angelica and chuanxiong 5 pun each; costus, cimicifuga, bupleurum, asarum and vitex fruit 3 pun each.
