Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治酒疸. 葛根ㆍ蒼朮各二錢, 枳實ㆍ梔子ㆍ甘草各一錢, 豆豉一合. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎服. 《濟生》

Translation

Treats alcohol jaundice. Pueraria and atractylodes lancea 2 don each; bitter orange fruit, gardenia and licorice 1 don each; fermented soybean 1 hop. Cut up, make one packet, decoct in water and take. — Jesaengbang 濟生 (Donguibogam · Hwangdal)

Clinical commentary 臨床

Pueraria leading marks this as the alcohol formula proper — it is the materia medica's standing medicinal for resolving wine, and the Accumulations chapter reaches for it three times in the alcohol accumulation section at 1.13.2.
