Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治血脹, 及婦人月經不通, 漸成脹滿, 與男子血蠱病同. 桃奴ㆍ猳鼠糞ㆍ玄胡索ㆍ肉桂ㆍ香附子ㆍ五靈脂ㆍ縮砂ㆍ桃仁各等分. 右爲末, 每三錢, 溫酒調下. 《正傳》或醋糊和丸梧子大. 醋湯下三五十丸. 《俗方》

Translation

Treats blood distension, and menses blocked in women so that distension and fullness gradually form, which is the same as blood gu disease in men. Withered peach, rat droppings, corydalis, cinnamon bark, cyperus, flying squirrel faeces, amomum and peach kernel in equal parts. Powder them and take 3 don at a time stirred into warm wine. Or make pills with vinegar paste the size of a firmiana seed and take thirty to fifty down with vinegar decoction. — Uihak Jeongjeon 正傳 (Donguibogam · Changman)

Clinical commentary 臨床

The Accumulations chapter gives this as a powder under the name Dono-san at 1.11.7, and the composition is identical. The interest here is the equation the source draws in passing: blocked menses turning to distension in a woman is the same disease as blood gu in a man.
