Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治諸痔, 通利大小便, 取下惡物. 大黃ㆍ桃仁各一錢, 川芎ㆍ白芷ㆍ生乾地黃ㆍ赤芍藥ㆍ枳殼ㆍ蓬朮ㆍ五靈脂ㆍ阿膠珠ㆍ赤茯苓ㆍ茯神ㆍ木通ㆍ生甘草各七分. 右剉, 作一貼, 薑五片, 蜜三匙, 同煎服. 《直指》

Translation

Treats all piles; frees the stool and urine and brings down the malign matter. Rhubarb and peach kernel 1 don each; chuanxiong, angelica dahurica, dried fresh rehmannia, red peony, bitter orange, zedoary, flying-squirrel droppings, ass-hide glue pearls, red poria, poria with pine root, akebia and raw licorice 7 pun each. Cut up, make one packet, decoct together with 5 slices of ginger and 3 spoonfuls of honey. — Jikji 直指 (Donguibogam · Huieum)
