Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑

治黃疸, 喜喫生米. 白朮一錢半, 蒼朮一錢三分, 白芍藥ㆍ陳皮ㆍ神麴ㆍ麥芽ㆍ山査肉ㆍ白茯苓ㆍ石膏各一錢, 厚朴七分, 藿香五分, 甘草三分. 右剉, 作一貼, 水煎, 臨熟, 入砂糖末一匙調服. 《入門》

Translation

Treats jaundice with a liking for eating raw rice. White atractylodes 1.5 don; atractylodes lancea 1 don 3 pun; white peony, tangerine peel, medicated leaven, barley sprout, hawthorn flesh, white poria and gypsum 1 don each; magnolia bark 7 pun; agastache 5 pun; licorice 3 pun. Cut up, make one packet and decoct in water; as it finishes, stir in a spoonful of powdered sugar and take. — Uihak Immun 入門 (Donguibogam · Hwangdal)

Clinical commentary 臨床

A decoction where the others in this group are pills, and built almost entirely on food-reducing medicinals — medicated leaven, barley sprout, hawthorn.
